OPTION 1: 6-night Cairns/Kuranda/Great Barrier Reef Cruise/Port Douglas.USD$670.

PRICE INCLUDES:

DEPARTS DAILY:

Day 1. Arrive Cairns. Upon arrival you will transferred to your hotel as chosen below.

Day 2. Rainforest, Kuranda & Aboriginal Experience. Board the Kuranda train for a scenic ride to Kuranda, famous for its markets. Travel into the towering rainforest on an amphibious army duck. Enjoy an Aussie barbecue lunch and an authentic aboriginal cultural performance under the canopy of the rainforest. Experience a "Dreamtime" walk with an aboriginal guide. Throw a boomerang! You will also see and touch Australian native animals including koalas and kangaroos Glide over the lush canopy on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and stop at the rainforest interpretive centre. Coach transfer back to your accommodation. L

Day 3. Great Barrier Reef Experience. This morning enjoy a beautiful scenic coastal drive to Port Douglas where you will board the Quicksilver wavepiercing catamaran to enjoy an outer reef experience. Relax and enjoy the coral viewing or you may wish to try snorkelling/scuba diving (extra cost). Return to Port Douglas where you will be transferred to your hotel. L

Day 4. Port Douglas at leisure. A free day for you to relax or take part in many of the options available: diving, fishing, golfing, etc.

Day 5. Cape Tribulation. Travel by air conditioned 4WD across the crocodile infested Daintree River to Cape Tribulation National Park. During the day rainforest guided walks will allow time to photograph the natural beauty of the Rainforest. Late afternoon you will be transferred back to your Cairns hotel. L

Day 6. At leisure. Another full day for you to relax and enjoy this wonderful part of Australia.

Day 7. Cairns to next stop. At leisure until you are transferred to the airport.

Flight to/from Dunk Island is extra.

DEPARTS DAILY

Day 1: Arrive Cairns: On arrival at Cairns Airport transfer to your hotel in Port Douglas (flights anytime, airfare not included). The remainder of the day is at leisure. Accommodation: Rydges Reef Resort (standard), Radisson Treetops Resort (first class) or Sheraton Mirage (deluxe), Port Douglas, 3 nights.

Day 2: Kuranda Rainforest Experience: Kuranda Experience. Transfer to the Cairns railway station for the beautiful narrow gauge train ride to Kuranda. Today you will enjoy a unique Aboriginal cultural performance, a tour through the rainforest on an amphibious army duck and a ride on Skyrail. L

Day 3 - 5: Cairns to Dunk Island: Transfer to Dunk Island where you will spend the next three nights enjoying the activities available on the island. These activities include a six hole golf course in a fabulous setting, tennis, archery, horse riding, sailing and cruising. World class light tackle and big game fishing can also be arranged. B

Day 6: Dunk Island to Cairns: More time to enjoy Dunk Island before taking the ferry to the mainland and returning to Cairns. Overnight at your chosen hotel. B

Day 6: Cairns: Board the famous Kuranda train and journey to Kuranda. There is time to stroll through the famous Kuranda Markets. Return on the Skyrail Cableway above the canopy of the rainforest. Visit the award-winning Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and learn about this ancient culture. B

Day 7: Depart Cairns: Today is at leisure to enjoy Cairns until you are transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

OPTION 3: 4-nights Cairns/Port Douglas/Cape Tribulation. USD $875.

Prices includes: Four nights hotel accommodation, Barrier Reef Cruise and tax, 4WD tour and transfers to/from Port Douglas from Cairns.

DEPARTS DAILY:

Day 1. Arrive Cairns/Port Douglas. On arrival in Cairns, you will be transferred to your Port Douglas hotel as chosen below. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 2. Great Barrier Reef Cruise. Depart on your full day cruise to the Outer Barrier Reef with Quicksilver. There will be time to swim, snorkel and view the beautiful coral from a glass bottom boat. L

Day 3. Port Douglas. A free day to enjoy the wonderful beaches.

Day 4. Cape Tribulation. Get off the beaten track in a 4WD vehicle and visit Mossman Gorge, the Valley of the Palms and enjoy a guided botanical walk. This afternoon, cruise the Daintree River and spot crocodiles and the magical birdlife before returning to Port Douglas. L

Day 5. Port Douglas to Cairns. Depart for Cairns and your onward arrangements.

OPTION 4: 3-night Tropical North Queensland in Style. USD $906.

Prices includes: Three nights hotel accommodation in 4-star hotels, Helicopter & Cruise to the Barrier Reef, 4WD Rainforest & Kuranda Tour.

DEPARTS DAILY:

Day 1. Arrive Cairns/Port Douglas.On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Cairns or Palm Cove. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 2. Helicopter & Cruise to the Barrier Reef. Experience the exhilaration of flying over the canopy of the World Heritage Rainforest and then landing at Agincourt Reef, on the very edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Join the Quicksilver vessel and floating platform for a day of activities. Quicksilver has facilities for both swimmers and non-swimmers to enjoy this stunning reef environment. Explore the reef snorkelling, from a semi submersible, or from the underwater observatory. Relax as you return to the mainland by catamaran, or fly back (extra cost).

Day 3. 4WD Rainforest & Kuranda Tour. This tour travels in a luxuriously appointed 4WD with only a small group of like-minded travellers and an expert Aussie guide. At Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, a Wildlife Keeper will guide you through the park, see crocodiles and enjoy a wildlife cruise before lunch. Upon arrival at Skyrail, you will be greeted by your Ranger and given the opportunity to participate in a World Heritage corridor regeneration program. Your Ranger will then join you on your journey to Red Peak Station for an informative guided boardwalk tour. After a short break in Kuranda, our next highlight is seeing the transformation from sclerophyll forest to dense World Heritage Rainforest, as we engage four wheel drive. View termite mounds, giant strangler figs and creek crossings before arriving at picturesque Lake Morris for a delicious afternoon tea.

Day 4. Cairns Today is at leisure until you are transferred to the airport for your onward flight. Stay longer if you wish.
